Suzanne Escousse is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Marketing Officer. Suzanne is a member of the firm's Operating Committee. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing and managing Blue Owl's brand strategy and marketing functions globally. Suzanne leads the firm on all aspects of marketing disciplines, including brand positioning, digital strategy, content creation, product distribution support, and event management.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Suzanne was a partner and Chief Marketing Officer at AQR Capital Management where she led the firm’s marketing and corporate communications functions globally. Preceding that, Suzanne spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held several senior marketing roles throughout her tenure, including as Global Co-Head of the Investment Management Division’s communications group and the Global Head of Marketing for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Earlier in her career, she was a product and marketing manager at MetLife.
Suzanne earned a BS in Management with a concentration in Marketing, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University, and was named a Stern Scholar at New York University where she earned an MBA with distinction in Marketing and International Business.
Michael Esposito is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Operating Officer, Global Private Wealth. In his role, he oversees various strategic initiatives and business management functions across the group.
Before joining Blue Owl, Michael was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he was most recently the COO for the Wealth Management Alternative Investments, Traditional Fund Products, and Insured Solutions businesses. Prior to that, he headed Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s national internal sales teams for both alternative investments and mutual funds and served as a product specialist for alternative investments. Michael began his career as an associate fund controller for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s venture capital team.
He received a BS in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude, from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and an MBA with Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School. He is also both a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
Max Esteves is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investments, with a focus on corporate capital solutions in the software and healthcare sectors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Max was a Principal at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. Max began his career as an Investment Associate at Cambridge Associates, an independent global investment firm.
Max received his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a Columbia Fellow, and his BA in Economics from Columbia University, where he was a member of the varsity lightweight rowing team.
Nick Fahey is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Valuations Team. In his role as Head of Credit Valuations, he is responsible for the valuation of investments across the firm’s Credit platform, including its BDCs and private funds.
Before joining Blue Owl, Nick was a Senior Vice President and Head of Valuations at Antares Capital. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of Private Equity Valuations at Apollo Global Management. Nick began his career as an Equity Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch.
Nick received his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and his BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
Jackson Fallon is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, Jackson is responsible for home office coverage at RIA Aggregators and custodians and is a member of the firm’s Private Wealth Operating Committee.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Jackson was a Managing Director at John Hancock Investment Management where he spent 12 years covering the RIA market. Most recently, Jackson was the head of RIA Strategic Accounts where he was responsible for cultivating relationships with the largest RIAs in the US.
Jackson received a BA in Business Management from Providence College.
Jackson is a CFA Charterholder and a CAIA Charterholder.
Laura Ferchak is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In her role she is responsible for Distribution Compliance and oversees marketing- and sales-related activity.
Before joining Blue Owl, Laura was Managing Director and Global Chief Compliance Officer at Indus Capital Partners, LLC from 2018 to 2024. Prior to that, she was Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Palisade Capital Management. Laura also served as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer for 11 years at SpringOwl Asset Management. Laura began her career in Equity Research at Bear, Stearns & Co.
Laura received her BS in Management Science, from Kean University.
Jeff Fields is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on origination and underwriting of equipment finance and related commercial lending solutions and is a member of the Asset Leasing Fund Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Jeff was President of Atalaya Leasing at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, Jeff led a subsidiary of a specialty finance company focused on equipment leasing. Jeff began his career at RBC Capital Markets where he spent 22 years leading multiple business units across asset classes and served as a member of the RBC Global Markets Operating Committee.
Jeff holds a BA in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA charterholder.
Gianna Figurelli is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on compensation related accounting.
Before joining Blue Owl, Gianna was a Supervisor at WithumSmith+Brown.
Gianna received her BS in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Stockton University.
Brian Finkelstein is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on managing stressed portfolio investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Brian was a Managing Director in the Restructuring Group and Co-Head of Principal Investing at Solic Capital. Prior to that, he was the Head of Portfolio Management at Fifth Street Asset Management. Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors of Eagle Infrastructure Services, PLI Card Marketing Solutions, QC Supply, and Walker Edison Furniture Company.
Brian received his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and holds a BS, magna cum laude, in Business Administration from SUNY Albany.
Fabrice Fiol is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Insurance Solutions Investment Team. In his role, Fabrice focuses on leading the Blue Owl Insurance Solutions Risk Management Team.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Fabrice was Head of Risk Management at Kuvare Asset Management, predecessor to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions, where he was also a Managing Director and member of KAM Management Committee. Prior to joining Kuvare Asset Management, Fabrice was a Managing Director and Deputy Head of the Enterprise Risk Management department for Societe Generale Americas, a firm he first joined in 2009. In this capacity, he co-managed a team responsible for risk appetite statement and reporting, risk identification, and governance including regulatory oversight. He was also in charge of US Enterprise Stress Testing. His previous role was within the market risk department where he was responsible for risk oversight of US derivative activities in fixed income, forex, emerging market, credit and equity derivatives. Prior to Societe Generale, Fabrice was a Senior Vice President at Natixis in charge of Risk Management on a U.S Agency RMBS portfolio from 2007 to 2009. Prior to Natixis, he was a Vice President at the reinsurance company Swiss Re where he developed interest rates analytics and subsequently joined the U.S Rates Derivatives Trading Desk.
Fabrice is a lecturer in the Columbia University SPS Enterprise Risk Management Program since 2021. Fabrice graduated with a master’s degree from ENSAE (National School of Statistics and Economics).
