Kevin Halleran is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Financial Officer, Real Estate. Based in Chicago, he is focused on the accounting and financial reporting of the organization.

Before joining Blue Owl, Kevin was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Donahue Schriber Realty Group, which was a grocery anchored retail REIT based in Costa Mesa, CA. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Starwood Retail Partners. Kevin began his career as an Audit Associate at KPMG LLP in the Real Estate Assurance Practice.

Kevin received a BS in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University. Currently, Kevin is a CPA in the state of Illinois.

Lauren Hamilton is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. As the Chief Accounting Officer of the Blue Owl Real Estate Net Lease Trust, she is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of Blue Owl Real Estate’s Open-End Funds. 

Prior to joining Blue Owl, Lauren served as Vice President and Head of Accounting Policy, Internal Control, and Financial Governance at TIAA, where she led technical accounting and internal controls over financial reporting for TIAA and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining TIAA, Lauren spent 12 years at KPMG, during which she was responsible for leading the integrated audits of large public and private companies in the real estate, asset management and professional services industries. During her tenure at KPMG, Lauren also served as chief of staff in the Chairman’s office from 2014-2016, and chief of staff for the KPMG’s Global Services Centre from 2012-2014. 

Lauren received a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
 

Seon Harry is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions and Anti-Bribery Corruption (ABC).

Before joining Blue Owl, Seon was a Vice President, Senior Compliance Officer, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for various Investment vehicles and the Limited-purpose Broker dealer at PIMCO, a global asset management firm based in California. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Allianz Global Investors. Seon began his career as a Stock Options Client Service Associate at UBS, in the Financial Advisory Group.

Seon received his BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Dan Hickey is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role he is responsible for bringing the breadth of the Blue Owl investment platform to financial advisors in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Before joining Blue Owl, Dan was a Managing Director and Investment Committee Member at Oakmont Capital Management where he advised on the firm’s portfolio design and implementation of private investments. Prior to Oakmont Capital, Dan was a Director at BlackRock focused on providing a wide range of public and private investment solutions to financial advisors and their clients.  Dan holds several industry designations including Certified Investment Analyst (CIMA®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA™). He also received his CAIA certification in Private Debt.

Dan received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and holds a BSBA from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Kwan Ho Choi is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he focuses on institutional fundraising covering Korean institutional investors.

Before joining Blue Owl, Kwanho was a Managing Director and a founding member at Ascentium Group Limited which was acquired by Blue Owl to establish its physical presence in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of Korea Distribution at Credit Suisse – Private Fund Group in Seoul, responsible for capital raising for Korean financial institutions. Kwanho began his career in 2007 as an Analyst in Institutional Sales at Credit Suisse in Seoul, responsible for sales of various products encompassing derivatives and structured products.

Kwanho received his BBA from Seoul National University.

Daniel Hong is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on direct lending to technology firms.

Before joining Blue Owl, Daniel was an Investment Professional at SLR Capital Partners, a credit-focused asset manager based in New York. Daniel began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wells Fargo Securities.

Daniel received an AB in Philosophy, cum laude, from Princeton University.

Kaitlin Howard is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of BDC Unsecured Funding. As the Head of Unsecured Funding and Bank Relationships for the Blue Owl BDCs, Kaitlin brings nearly 15 years of experience in investment banking and financial services.

Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2022, Kaitlin served as Managing Director, Head of FIG Debt Capital Markets at SMBC Nikko, where she was responsible for building and overseeing the investment grade financials underwriting business. Prior to SMBC, Kaitlin held various positions on the debt capital markets desks at Citigroup and Mizuho, where she executed a variety of multi-currency debt, liability management and M&A-related financings.

Kaitlin received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond.

Hailing Huang is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting management company’s accounting and financial reporting functions.

Before joining Blue Owl, Hailing was a Vice President at CIT Group, Inc., a US Bank based in New Jersey. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at BlackRock, Inc., an investment management firm. Hailing began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP.

Hailing received an MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University.

Jesse Huff is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Co-Head Opportunistic Lending Fund. In his role, he is Co-head of Opportunistic Credit and shares portfolio management responsibility for the Blue Owl Opportunistic Lending Fund.

Before joining Blue Owl, Jesse was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management focused on opportunistic direct lending. Prior to that, he was a Principal at the Carlyle Group focused on distressed and special situations. Jesse began his career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch and worked extensively across the special situation’s platform.

Jesse received his MBA from Columbia University and graduated from Ohio University with a BA degree in Finance.

Enzo Incandela is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting various legal aspects and initiatives of the Insurance Solutions business. Before joining Blue Owl, Enzo was the Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Kuvare Asset Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions. Prior to that, Enzo was an Associate General Counsel at OFS Capital Management responsible for supporting the legal and regulatory compliance functions for ’40 Act funds, business development companies and CLOs. Prior to OFS, Enzo was an Associate at Paul Hastings and began his legal career as an Associate at Ice Miller.

Enzo received his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, his MBA from DePaul University Kellstadt School of Business and holds a BA in Finance from North Central College.
