Alicia Gregory is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. Previously, Alicia was Deputy CIO at Future Fund, Australia's sovereign wealth fund, where she was responsible for all asset classes.
Alicia holds a BBus from UTS Sydney, is a CFA Charterholder and a Graduate from Australian Institute of Company Directors. Alicia was previously a Director of Tilt Renewables, Australia's largest renewable energy project, Chair of Australian Investment Council and Investment Committee Member for Fairfax Foundation.
Brant Gresham is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he focuses on working with institutional investors across the suite of Blue Owl funds.
Before joining Blue Owl, Brant was a Senior Vice President within PIMCO’s institutional client group. Prior to that, he was an officer and F/A-18 pilot in the United States Navy. Brant also serves on the board of Working Wardrobes, a leading non-profit focused on workforce development.
Brant received an MBA with concentrations in Analytic Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with honors and was awarded the David W. Fox Fellowship. He also earned a BA in Government from Georgetown University, where he graduated with honors. Brant is a CFA charterholder.
Cara Griffiths is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. Based in London, she focuses on strategic projects relating to public capital markets activity.
Before joining Blue Owl, Cara was a Managing Director at Bank of America, where she led the high growth corporate broking team within the European Investment Bank and was an adviser to Dyal Capital,
the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s GP Strategic Capital platform. Cara began her career in the UK corporate finance team at Investec Bank.
Cara received her BA Hons in Modern History and Politics from Oxford University.
Deanne Grimaldi is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Deanne is part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationships with US institutional investors on the East Coast and in Canada.
Before joining Blue Owl, Deanne was a Vice President and Client Advisor in the Client Solutions Group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she serviced and developed strategic corporate pension, public pension, and not-for-profit relationships across North America.
Deanne received a B.S. in Finance with a Minor in Economics, summa cum laude, from Fordham University.
Bobby Groat is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on investments in broadly syndicated loans and non-investment grade credit within the Healthcare sector.
Before joining Blue Owl, Bobby was a Director at Barclays Capital in New York. Prior to that, he was a Senior Research Analyst with Symphony Asset Management, a subsidiary of Nuveen & TIAA-CREF, where he also focused on investments in non-investment grade credit. Bobby began his career at Jefferies as a non-publishing credit research analyst.
Bobby received his BA in Economics and BA in German from the University of Michigan.
Sam Grobart is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Corporate Marketing Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm's branding strategy and marketing initiatives by creating public and client-facing thought-leadership content.
Before joining Blue Owl, Sam was at Goldman Sachs, where he helped lead its content operation. Prior to that, he was an editor and reporter at The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, CNN, and several other news organizations.
Sam received his BA in History from Kenyon College.
Stacy Gulich is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on overseeing the accounting and reporting of the firm’s carry participant vehicles.
Before joining Blue Owl, Stacy was a Vice President of Finance at PGIM Inc., a global asset manager and division of Prudential Financial Inc., where she provided strategic support and managed the forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting activities of PGIM Private Capital and PGIM Real Estate. Stacy began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.
Stacy received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Washington University and holds a CPA license.
Nav Gupta is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he primarily focuses on managing stressed portfolio investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Nav was a Vice President in the Asset Management division of Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Medley Management Inc., a credit-focused asset management firm. Nav began his career as an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
Nav received his JD from Harvard University and holds a BBA and BA, summa cum laude, in Finance and Political Science, respectively, from Emory University.
Karen Hager is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and Chief Compliance Officer. She is also Chief Compliance Officer of each of the Blue Owl BDCs and each of the Blue Owl’s SEC registered investment advisers.
Prior to joining Owl Rock, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Credit platform, in March 2018, Karen was Chief Compliance Officer at Abbott Capital Management, an SEC registered investment adviser specializing in private equity fund of funds based in New York, with offices in London. Prior to that, Karen was Senior Vice President, Director of Global Compliance of The Permal Group, an investment management firm with offices regulated in eight countries including the US, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, France and Korea. Prior to that, she was Director of Compliance of Dominick and Dominick Advisors LLC, an SEC registered investment adviser based in New York. Karen began her career as a Securities Compliance Examiner with the US Securities and Exchange Commission based in the Branch of Investment Adviser Examinations in the SEC’s Northeast Regional Office.
Karen received a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, where she graduated with high honors.
David Hall is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, David leads the Artificial Intelligence Advisory practice, which provides strategic and tactical support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers as they integrate and optimize AI within their businesses.
Before joining Blue Owl, David was a Vice President in the Alternative Investments and Manager Selection team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
David received a BS in Economics & Finance from Bentley University, where he graduated with high honors.
