Tim Gaven is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Investor Operations Team. In his role, Tim serves as the Head of Investor Services.
Before joining Blue Owl, Tim was a Manager at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), a financial services industry utility in Jersey City. Tim began his career as a Project Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Tim received a BA in Political Science with minors in Economics & International Business from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Kimberly Genes is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on the coordination and execution of the firm’s financial close process, including financial reporting and consolidation, as well as management of day-to-day accounting operations.
Before joining Blue Owl, Kimberly was the North America Controller for Recordati Rare Diseases, a private equity-backed biotech company with a focus on endocrinology and oncology diseases. Prior to that, she was an Associate Director at Apollo Global Management, responsible for management company controllership with a specific focus on the Private Equity and Real Estate segments. Kimberly began her career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kimberly received her BS in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Marist College and holds a CPA license in the state of New Jersey.

Pell George is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Responsible Investing & ESG Team. In his role, he focuses on ESG-related initiatives across the firm’s private equity strategies, including GP Strategic Capital, Strategic Equity, and Healthcare Opportunities.
Before joining Blue Owl, Pell led ESG integration for Nuveen. Prior to that, he was the Head of ESG Investment Integration at Barings and was previously a member of the private equity / real assets team. Pell began his career in international development, advising large-scale infrastructure, agribusiness, and public health programs in emerging and frontier markets.
Pell received his BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and his MBA from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar.

Andrew Gerstein is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Investor Operations Team. Before joining Blue Owl, Andrew was a Senior Implementation Manager at Kyriba Corp. Prior to that, he was an Operations Specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
Andrew received his BA in Economics from Rutgers University.

Sean Gilbride is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he supports the firm’s direct lending business by focusing on documentation negotiation.
Before joining Blue Owl, Sean was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division. Prior to that, he was a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
Sean received a BA from Boston College and a JD from Fordham School of Law.

Jeremy Gilmour is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on underwriting, executing, and monitoring technology lending investments for the firm.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jeremy was a Vice President on the Credit Alternatives team at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Garrison Investment Group, a middle market credit, distressed and asset based investor. Jeremy began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank.
Jeremy received his BA in Economics from Harvard College.

Luke Gilpin is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on development, build-to-suit, and customer relationships.
Before joining Blue Owl, Luke was a Managing Director at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, he was an Senior Associate at Sterling Partners, a diversified private equity fund based in Chicago. Luke began his career as an Associate in Business Valuation at KPMG.
Luke received his BA and MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Ashley Gimbel is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. Ashley is the Head of Digital Transformation & Optimization and oversees the Operational Advisory, AI Advisory, Data Science, and Procurement Solutions advisory practices. These teams deliver strategic operational and technology consulting, generate valuable proprietary insights, and fuel innovation across GPSC Partner Managers.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ashley was a Vice President at Credit Suisse within the Prime Brokerage Consulting group.
Ashley received a BA in English from Stephen F. Austin University, where she graduated with honors.

Rich Goetze is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he is focused on business development and client management for insurance companies and financial institutions in the US and Bermuda.
Before joining Blue Owl, Rich was a Principal at Varagon Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the firm’s insurance solutions business. Prior to that, he spent five years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) where he was responsible for new business development and relationship management for US Life, P&C, Health and Reinsurance investors. Rich began his career in asset management at Swiss Re, where he focused on manager selection and portfolio management for Swiss Re’s general account.
Rich earned a Master of Science in Finance and BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University.

Kris Gogola is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he is focused on day-to-day accounting, finance, and operations of Blue Owl Real Assets Close-End and Separate Account Funds.
Before joining Blue Owl, Kris was a Senior Financial Reporting Associate at Invenergy LLC, a renewable energy developer and operator based in Chicago.
Kris received a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
