Kevin Halleran is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Financial Officer, Real Estate. Based in Chicago, he is focused on the accounting and financial reporting of the organization.
Before joining Blue Owl, Kevin was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Donahue Schriber Realty Group, which was a grocery anchored retail REIT based in Costa Mesa, CA. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Starwood Retail Partners. Kevin began his career as an Audit Associate at KPMG LLP in the Real Estate Assurance Practice.
Kevin received a BS in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University. Currently, Kevin is a CPA in the state of Illinois.
Lauren Hamilton is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. As the Chief Accounting Officer of the Blue Owl Real Estate Net Lease Trust, she is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of Blue Owl Real Estate’s Open-End Funds.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Lauren served as Vice President and Head of Accounting Policy, Internal Control, and Financial Governance at TIAA, where she led technical accounting and internal controls over financial reporting for TIAA and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining TIAA, Lauren spent 12 years at KPMG, during which she was responsible for leading the integrated audits of large public and private companies in the real estate, asset management and professional services industries. During her tenure at KPMG, Lauren also served as chief of staff in the Chairman’s office from 2014-2016, and chief of staff for the KPMG’s Global Services Centre from 2012-2014.
Lauren received a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Seon Harry is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In his role, he focuses on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions and Anti-Bribery Corruption (ABC).
Before joining Blue Owl, Seon was a Vice President, Senior Compliance Officer, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for various Investment vehicles and the Limited-purpose Broker dealer at PIMCO, a global asset management firm based in California. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Allianz Global Investors. Seon began his career as a Stock Options Client Service Associate at UBS, in the Financial Advisory Group.
Seon received his BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
Britten Harte is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. Before joining Blue Owl, Britten Harte was a Director on the Business Development and Investor Relations team at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, Britten was a Vice President at Lafayette Square on the Investor Relations team. Previously, she held roles at Cohen & Steers and BTG Pactual. Britten began her career at Steptoe & Johnson LLP.
Britten received her BA in Political Science from Northwestern University.
Andy Hartman is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, Andy is responsible for supporting the firm’s Alternative Credit business.
Before joining Blue Owl, Andy was the Director of Finance at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. At Atalaya, Andy was responsible for the finance, accounting, reporting and valuation functions and a member of the firm’s Valuation Committee and Expense Committee. Prior to joining Atalaya in 2016, Andy was a Vice President in the Real Estate & Private Equity group at Angelo Gordon, where he supported a variety of global private equity real estate funds and net lease real estate funds. Andy began his career as an Associate in the Financial Services practice at PwC where he focused on audit engagements of a variety of alternative investment funds.
Andy received his BBA in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Hofstra University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
Meaghan Haugh is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. Before joining Blue Owl, Meaghan was a Principal at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team.
Meaghan received her BA in Mathematics from the Dartmouth College.
Jeff Hertz is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on the firm's 1031 exchange solution, OREX.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jeff was a SVP and Head of Advanced Planning at Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management. Prior to that, he was a First Vice President with Inland Securities Corporation.
Jeff received his BA in Psychology from the University of Oregon and maintains his FINRA series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Dan Hickey is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm's investor relations and capital raising initiatives.
Before joining Blue Owl, Dan was a Managing Director and Investment Committee Member at Oakmont Capital Management where he advised on the firm’s portfolio design and implementation of private investments. Prior to Oakmont Capital, Dan spent over 20 years as a Director at BlackRock focused on providing a wide range of public and private investment solutions to financial advisors and their clients. Dan holds several industry designations including Certified Investment Analyst (CIMA®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA™). Dan is also certified by the CAIA Association in Private Debt and Real Estate.
Dan received an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and holds a BSBA from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
Kwan Ho Choi is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he focuses on institutional fundraising covering Korean institutional investors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Kwanho was a Managing Director and a founding member at Ascentium Group Limited which was acquired by Blue Owl in 2021 to establish its physical presence in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of Korea Distribution at Credit Suisse – Private Fund Group in Seoul, responsible for capital raising for Korean financial institutions. Kwanho began his career in 2007 as an Analyst in Institutional Sales at Credit Suisse in Seoul, responsible for sales of various products encompassing derivatives and structured products.
Kwanho received his BBA from Seoul National University.
Jesse Hom is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the CIO of Real Estate and Head of Real Estate Credit. In his role, he is responsible for the Real Estate platform’s investment and portfolio management activities as well as other real estate and corporate initiatives. Jesse also serves as a member of the investment committees for the Blue Owl Real Estate, Real Estate Credit, and Insurance Solutions groups as well as sits on the Board of Directors of STORE Capital.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, he was the Global Head of Real Estate Credit and Capital Markets at GIC, where he focused on driving performance and growth across both GIC’s real estate credit and equity businesses for over 15 years, and before that, he was an investment banking associate at JP Morgan and investment analyst at HEI Hospitality, a hospitality focused private equity real estate fund.
Jesse received his BS in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.
