Daniel Hong is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on direct lending to technology firms.
Before joining Blue Owl, Daniel was an Investment Professional at SLR Capital Partners, a credit-focused asset manager based in New York. Daniel began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wells Fargo Securities.
Daniel received an AB in Philosophy, cum laude, from Princeton University.
Kaitlin Howard is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of BDC Unsecured Funding. As the Head of Unsecured Funding and Bank Relationships for the Blue Owl BDCs, Kaitlin brings nearly 15 years of experience in investment banking and financial services.
Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2022, Kaitlin served as Managing Director, Head of FIG Debt Capital Markets at SMBC Nikko, where she was responsible for building and overseeing the investment grade financials underwriting business. Prior to SMBC, Kaitlin held various positions on the debt capital markets desks at Citigroup and Mizuho, where she executed a variety of multi-currency debt, liability management and M&A-related financings.
Kaitlin received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond.
Hailing Huang is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting management company’s accounting and financial reporting functions.
Before joining Blue Owl, Hailing was a Vice President at CIT Group, Inc., a US Bank based in New Jersey. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at BlackRock, Inc., an investment management firm. Hailing began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Hailing received an MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University.
Jesse Huff is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Co-Head Opportunistic Lending Fund. In his role, he is Co-head of Opportunistic Credit and shares portfolio management responsibility for the Blue Owl Opportunistic Lending Fund.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jesse was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management focused on opportunistic direct lending. Prior to that, he was a Principal at the Carlyle Group focused on distressed and special situations. Jesse began his career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch and worked extensively across the special situation’s platform.
Jesse received his MBA from Columbia University and graduated from Ohio University with a BA degree in Finance.
Enzo Incandela is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting various legal aspects and initiatives of the Insurance Solutions business.
Before joining Blue Owl, Enzo was the Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Kuvare Asset Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions. Prior to that, Enzo was an Associate General Counsel at OFS Capital Management responsible for supporting the legal and regulatory compliance functions for ’40 Act funds, business development companies and CLOs. Prior to OFS, Enzo was an Associate at Paul Hastings and began his legal career as an Associate at Ice Miller.
Enzo received his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, his MBA from DePaul University Kellstadt School of Business and holds a BA in Finance from North Central College.
Everett Indart is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he leads a team of professionals responsible for managing asset-backed and corporate workouts, restructurings, recoveries, and other special situations within Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit portfolio.
Before joining Blue Owl, Everett was a Managing Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, he worked at Brevet Capital in the Risk Management group. Everett began his career at Citigroup in Corporate/Commercial Banking.
Everett received his BA in Finance from American University.
James Intermont is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing asset-backed investments in the consumer and commercial spaces.
Before joining Blue Owl, James was a Managing Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team, where he was a senior member of the Financial Assets team. Prior to Atalaya, James was a Vice President at Ares Management within the Alternative Credit team. James began his career in investment banking and principal finance at Jefferies and Swiss Re Capital Markets.
James received his BA in History from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Brandyn Itzkowitz is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on life science credit, royalty, and growth equity investments.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Brandyn worked on a public/private biotech investment team at Surveyor Capital (a Citadel company). Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Sixth Street, where he focused on life science credit and royalty investments.
Brandyn received his B.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Stony Brook University and is a CFA® charter holder.
Kate Ivers is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In her role, she shares broad responsibilities on the investment team, focusing much of her time on managing investor relationships.
Before joining Blue Owl, Kate was a Partner and Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Antara Capital, an event-driven hedge fund manager. Prior to Antara, she spent over 11 years at Anchorage Capital Group, where she was a Managing Director and was responsible for business development and investor relations efforts across the US and APAC regions. Kate began her career at Lehman Brothers in the Special Investments Group within the Investment Management Division.
Kate graduated from Duke University with a BA in Public Policy. She is a member of the Komen Los Angeles Advisory Board. She is based in Los Angeles, CA.
Caroline Jahn is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role, she is focused on client development within the GP Strategic Capital team.
Before joining Blue Owl, Caroline was a Principal at Blackstone, focusing on raising capital across the Blackstone platform. Prior to Blackstone, she was an Assistant Vice President in Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking & Investment Group. Caroline began her career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch.
Caroline received an MBA from The University of Mississippi and a BS from Presbyterian College.
