Alex Jones is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, Alex leads the Private Wealth Advisory practice which provides Partner Managers with advice on structuring and distribution strategies through the global wealth management channel.
Before joining Blue Owl, Alex was Head of US Private Wealth Solutions at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) where he led the development of ICG’s relationships with wealth management clients in the United States. Prior to ICG, Alex was at JP Morgan Private Bank where he was Co-Head of US Alternative Investments, leading a team of alternative investment professionals responsible for raising significant private investment fund commitments. Prior to this, he worked at Sterne, Agee & Leach as a Director of Institutional Equity Research Sales.
Alex received a B.A. and a B.Mus. from Oberlin College and Conservatory.

Maria Jones is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on monitoring and servicing broadly syndicated loan investments within the liquid credit strategy.
Before joining Blue Owl, Maria was Director of Operations at American Capital Ltd. and Canaras Capital Management in their leverage finance team. Prior to that, she worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and INVESCO, where she was a team leader for bank loan operations. In these roles, she worked with direct bank loan investments through various hedge funds and total return swaps as well as managing the day to day operations of 17 CLOs, CDOs and other separately managed accounts. Maria began her career at Loan Pricing Corporation, a Reuters company.
Maria received her BS from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Jean Joseph is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. Jean is also a Portfolio Manager and a member of the First Lien Investment Committee. In his role, he focuses on direct lending to middle-market companies.
Before joining Blue Owl in 2018, Jean was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he was Portfolio Manager in its Investment Management Division responsible for the management of the division’s leveraged loan strategies. Prior to that, Jean was a member Goldman Sachs’ Leveraged Finance Group within the Investment Banking Division. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jean was a member of the Wells Fargo Securities Leveraged Finance department and began his career as a credit analyst at GE Capital and Atherton Capital with a focus on middle market lending.
Jean received an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he attended as a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow. Jean also received a BBA from the University of Notre Dame where he captained the Varsity Men’s Soccer Team and was a recipient of the Francis Patrick O’Connor Award. Jean is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.

Ally Kaden is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Ally leads the Operational Advisory practice which provides operational, and technology related best practice consulting and thought leadership to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ally was a Vice President in the Alternative Investments and Manager Selection team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she was a senior member of the Operational Due Diligence team. In this role, Ally was responsible for evaluating the operational infrastructure and regulatory compliance programs of private equity and hedge funds on the platform. Ally began her career on the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Compliance team, providing compliance advisory services to internal portfolio management teams.
Ally received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Liz Kahl is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role, she focuses on institutional client relationship management.
Before joining Blue Owl, Elizabeth was a partner at Brigade Capital, a below investment grade global asset management firm based in New York. Prior to that, she was Director of Finance at American Express. Elizabeth began her career as an accountant at Deloitte and Touche.
Previously, Elizabeth served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Sacred Heart Academy.
Elizabeth received her BS in Accounting from Fairfield University.

Machal Karim is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Responsible Investing & ESG. In her role, she leads Blue Owl's Responsible Investing mandate for both corporate and investment activities.
Before joining Blue Owl, Machal was a Manager in the Impact Team at British International Investment (formerly CDC Group plc.) based out of London. Prior to that, she worked at LeapFrog Investments in impact investing, and at Oxford Policy Management in financial and private sector development. Machal began her career working with the United Nations Capital Development Fund in New York and then at MasterCard Foundation in Toronto.
Machal received her BA in International Development from the University of Toronto and her MPA with a concentration in Applied Economics from Cornell University.

Shabbir Karim is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm’s Direct Lending Private Credit Business.
Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2022, Shabbir was a Vice President at Strategic Value Partners, where he served as a Controller in the Fund Accounting Group and was responsible for the accounting and reporting for various Alternative Investment Funds. Prior to that, Shabbir was a Senior Manager at PwC, where he worked within the Financial Services practice specializing in audits of alternative investment funds.
Shabbir received a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut.

Mike Katz is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the credit platform's corporate finance and strategy initiatives.
Before joining Blue Owl, Mike was a Vice President at Silver Point Capital. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Sixth Street. Mike began his career as at PwC as an Associate on the valuation and transaction services team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mike received his BS in Finance from Tulane University

Aneesh Kelkar is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, executing and managing investments, with a focus on equipment-backed transactions.
Before joining Blue Owl, Aneesh was a Principal at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team. Prior to Atalaya, Aneesh was a Director in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS investment Bank, where he advised on mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions for the firm's specialty finance and depository clients.
Aneesh received his BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Vanderbilt University.

Brendan Kelly is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. As part of the Corporate Strategy & M&A advisory practice, he is focused on advising GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers on a wide array of strategic growth and product development initiatives.
Before joining Blue Owl, he was a Partner at White Oak Equity Partners, where he led origination and execution of GP stake investments. Prior to White Oak, Brendan was an Equity Partner and Vice President at Berkshire Global. Before Berkshire Global, he was a member of the New Investments Team at Affiliated Managers Group (AMG). Brendan began his career at Lehman Brothers in the Investment Management Division.
Brendan received a BA from Middlebury College with a focus in Economics. He also received an MBA with a focus in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors as a Palmer Scholar.
