Jackie Palermo is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on accounting and operations for the Direct Lending Private Credit Business.

Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2019, Jackie was an Assistant Vice President at Anchorage Capital Group, LLC., a distressed credit-focused investment advisor based in New York City. Prior to that, Jackie was a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP in the Audit - Investment Management Group.

Jackie received her MA in Mathematics and MS in Accounting from University of Albany and holds a BA, cum laude, in Mathematics with a concentration in Economics from Union College. Jackie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Eric Pallone is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on underwriting investments in the industrial, chemical and telecom sectors. Before joining Blue Owl, Eric was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Eric began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Cohen & Company where he structured a variety of securitized products.

He received his BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Grant Palmer is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, Grant is a product specialist, focusing on Blue Owl’s Real Estate strategies. 

Before joining Blue Owl, Grant was an Associate Vice President at CIM Group, a real assets investment manager based in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he was an Associate at StepStone Group, a global private markets investment manager and consultant. Grant began his career as an Investment Associate at Glenmede Trust Company.
 
Grant received his BA in Finance from Cleveland State University.

Alex Paroda is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Commercial Real Estate. In his role, he focuses on commercial real estate investments. Before joining Blue Owl, Alex was a Director at Kuvare Insurance Services, predecessor to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions.

Prior to that, Alex was a Vice President at Sabal Capital, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting loans targeted for CMBS execution. Alex began his career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on underwriting CMBS, bridge, and construction loans.

Alex received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Business Law from Boston University.

Nilesh Patel is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Real Estate Investment Team. In his role, his responsibilities include making investments in CMBS, REIT bonds and loans as well as structuring and executing Blue Owl’s CRE securitizations.

Before joining Blue Owl, Nilesh was the Chief Investment Officer of Prima Capital Advisors. Prior to that, Nilesh worked in various capacities as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. Nilesh joined Goldman in early 2006 and he led a team that structured and placed commercial real estate CDOs. Nilesh also previously held roles at Deutsche Bank, where he worked for five years, with the new issue CMBS and CRE CDO group. In 2005, Nilesh led the execution of Prima’s 2005 securitization at Deutsche Bank. Prior to Deutsche Bank, where Nilesh was a Director, he worked at GE Plastics.

Nilesh received his BA in Economics and Mathematics – Computer Science from St. Lawrence University.  Mr. Patel is a Member of CREFC (Commercial Real Estate Finance Counsel).

Rahul Patel is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, Rahul co-leads the Business Services Platform's EMEA team where he is responsible for the team’s overall efforts across EMEA. Rahul is also a member of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. He is responsible for managing relationships with investors across Europe and the Middle East.

Before joining Blue Owl, Rahul was an Associate Director at Casey Quirk, an asset management focused management consulting firm based in Darien, CT. Prior to that, he began his career as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, in their Strategy and Operations Group.

Rahul received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Thomas Pellowe is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on building the distribution syndicate and maximizing private wealth relationships for Blue Owl.

Before joining Blue Owl, he was Managing Director, Head of Strategic Accounts at Black Creek Group. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Director of National Accounts at INVESCO. Tom began his career an Investment Analyst at State Street.

Tom received his BS In Economics and Finance from Bentley University.

Rich Peperone is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he leads GP Strategic Capital Fundraising and Client Service in the US. Prior to his current role, Rich was a senior member of the Business Services Platform within the GP Strategic Capital platform.

Before joining Blue Owl, Rich was Head of Business Development for North America at LIM Advisors, LLC, an Asian based alternative investment firm. Prior to that, he was the first Director of Marketing and Investor Relations at Chicago Fundamental Investment Partners, LLC and was Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations at Andor Capital Management. Rich began his career at Lazard, where he worked with both institutional and family office clients in the asset management division. 

Rich received his BS in Finance from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management.

Isabel Pereira is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In her role, she focuses on the compliance review of marketing and communications materials across the firm.

Prior to joining Owl Rock, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Credit platform, in January 2020, Isabel was a Director and Head of the Registered Principal team for UBS Global Wealth Management, and previously Assistant Vice President and Registered Principal for Morgan Stanley’s Communication Review Group, a predecessor firm of Smith Barney. Prior to Smith Barney-Morgan Stanley succession, she worked as the Operations Manager for the Citigold Unit of Citigroup. Isabel began her career as a Branch Manager for Continental Federal Credit Union.

Isabel received her A.A.S. in Business Management from Union County College.

JD Perone is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he is focused on operational risk management across the Blue Owl direct lending platform, with a particular concentration on deal closing and loan administration.

Before joining Blue Owl, JD was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, a global investment bank based in New York, where he supported the Leveraged Finance and Structured Credit businesses across multiple risk management functions including Product Control and Middle Office.

JD received a BS in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University.
