Arthur Martini is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on originating, structuring, and overseeing execution and portfolio management.
Prior to Blue Owl, Arthur was a Managing Director and U.S. Head of Financial Sponsors in the Opportunistic Credit group at Apollo Global Management (“Apollo”). Prior to joining Apollo in 2013, Arthur was a Director with Barclays Private Credit Partners (“BPCP”). Before joining BPCP in 2008, Arthur was an Associate Director with Barclays Capital in the US Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to joining Barclays Capital in 2007, Arthur was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management LP (Ableco Finance LLC). Before joining Cerberus in 2002, Arthur spent three years in the Investment Banking Division at JP Morgan Chase & Co. covering the TMT sector. Prior to that, Arthur spent two years as an Analyst in the Special Loan Group at Chase Manhattan Bank.
Arthur received his BS in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business.
Miten Marvania is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, Miten leads the IT and Cybersecurity advisory practice, which provides strategic thought leadership, best practice consulting and tactical support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers.
Before joining Blue Owl, Miten was a Senior Vice President at Blackstone within their Portfolio Cybersecurity group. Prior to that, he was a co-founder, COO and CISO of Agio, a managed IT and Cybersecurity services company supporting alternative asset management firms.
Miten received a BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
Dragan Masnikosa is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Information Technology Team. In his role, he partners with various front and back-office teams across Blue Owl to bring technology-based solutions to organization that improve productivity, remove inefficiencies, reduce risk, and increase alpha.
Before joining Blue Owl, Dragan was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where he led transformation and automation of various processes within REI, Private Equity and Private Credit businesses.
Dragan is an experienced system architect with extensive experience in Java, .NET, Sybase, MS SQL, Documentum, and relational databases. In 2014 Dragan led the team that has been awarded US Patent # US 8601360 B2.
Jennie Mazzucco is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In her current role, she focuses on the firm's capital markets efforts. Previously, she focused on evaluating and structuring direct lending transactions to middle market companies.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jennie was a Vice President on the Investment Team at CCMP Capital Advisors, a private equity firm based in New York. Jennie began her career as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Jennie received her BA in Economics and History from Brown University, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
John McAneny is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on direct lending solutions for middle market and growth technology companies.
Before joining Blue Owl, John was an investment banker in the Credit Suisse Financial Sponsors Group. John began his career as an Officer in the United States Navy.
John received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Duke University.
Scott McKay is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on leading Liquid Credit.
Before joining Blue Owl, Scott was a Managing Director at Littlejohn & Co., a middle-market private equity fund based in Greenwich. Scott began his career as an Investment Banking Associate at Bear Stearns & Co. in the Leverage Finance Group. Prior to beginning his finance career, Scott served in the United States Air Force as an acquisition officer and was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain.
Scott received his BS in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and MBA from the University of Southern California.
Luna Mckeon is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting the firm's healthcare direct lending efforts.
Before joining Blue Owl, she held corporate strategy roles at Aden & Anais as well as Founders Table. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate focused on healthcare at Fifth Street Management, a middle market direct lender. She started her career as a Credit Analyst in the Corporate and Investment Banking division of Wells Fargo.
Luna received a BS in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Jennifer McMillon is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, Jennifer serves as the Co-Chief Accounting officer of OBDC II, OBDC III, OCIC and OTIC and as the Co-Treasurer and Co-Controller of each of the Blue Owl BDCs.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Technical Accounting of Tiptree Inc. (TIPT), a national capital holding company. She led the accounting department and was responsible for financial reporting, valuation/purchase accounting, and numerous internal control functions. Jennifer served as the Regional Accounting & Reporting Director, Americas of Koch Industries/Georgia Pacific, as the Accounting Manager at Oaktree Capital and Centerbridge Partners, and prior to that she worked in public accounting for nearly 10 years, spending most of this tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jennifer is currently serving as a founding Board Member of Black Woman in Asset Management - US. Jennifer earned her BS in Accounting from Florida State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
Melissa McQueen is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In her role, she serves as COO for the Credit Platform, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing strategic initiatives.
Prior to Blue Owl, Melissa worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. from 2008 until 2019. She was a Vice President in Financing Group Management from 2014 to 2019, with prior roles in the Bank Debt Portfolio and Credit Risk Management groups.
Melissa received her BS in Finance and Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where she graduated with honors.
Hema Mehta is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Information Technology Team. In her role, she partners with various front and back-office teams across Blue Owl to bring technology-based solutions to organization that improve productivity, remove inefficiencies, reduce risk, and increase alpha.
Before joining Blue Owl, Hema was a Principal at BNY Mellon in Asset Services Technology division where she led transformation and automation of various processes and provided automated reporting solutions for Private Equity and Private Market business groups. Prior to that Hema was leading a technology team at Citco Fund Services for Private Equity and Hedge Fund group of businesses. Hema began her career in financial industry at Credit Suisse in the Alternative Investments technology group under Asset Management where she worked on DLJ Merchant Banking Partners funds in addition to institutional funds, managed funds, Fund of Funds and Employee plans.
