Mark Marino is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he serves as the Co-Head of Origination and is responsible for deal origination and structuring as well as providing ongoing oversight of the portfolio.
Before joining Blue Owl, Mark was a Principal at CPP, an investment management organization that invests the assets of the Canada Pension Plan based in New York. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York from 2007 to 2016. Mark was at Salix Ventures from 2003 to 2005 and began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies & Company, Inc.
Mark received a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Theodore Markouizos is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he supports the liquid credit strategy and focuses on the day-to-day operations of the broadly syndicated loan investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ted was a Manager of Finance at Onex Credit Partners, LLC and was responsible for all aspects of operations for the European CLOs, SMA’s and Hedge Funds. Prior to that, he was an associate at Anchorage Capital Group, LLC, a distressed credit-focused investment advisor based in New York City. He began his career at 3i Debt Management (now known as Investcorp Credit) as an operations analyst.
Ted received his BS in Business Administration from Marist College along with his MBA in Business Administration from Iona University’s Hagan School of Business (FKA as Iona College).

Anne Marla Asuncion is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she is focused on portfolio compliance and regulatory risk for products in the Direct Lending business on the firm’s Credit platform.
Before joining Blue Owl, Marla was Director at Guggenheim Partners overseeing CLO and SPV reporting. Prior to that, she was a Trust Officer at the Bank of New York Mellon covering CLO reporting and compliance. Marla began her professional life in advertising, working at firms such as Hill Holliday Connors Cosmopulos, Inc. and MEC Global (formerly known as Mediaedge : CIA).
Marla received her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Babson College.

Colleen Martin is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on optimizing platform usage and adoption across the value chain as it relates to BlackRock Aladdin, and re-designing operating models to maximize the potential of the Enterprise Technology suite.
Before joining Blue Owl, Colleen was the Director of Business Transformation at Kuvare Asset Management, the predecessor to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions, where she launched a change management framework for the organization. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager on the Business and Digital Transformation team at Macquarie Asset Management where she led enterprise-wide programs from regulatory projects, digital retail web design, implementing new global trading and middle office operating models, new product launch initiatives and acquisitions. She also held roles as a Technology Implementation Manager at BlackRock Solutions and served as the Head of Americas for Strategic and Tactical Enterprise Projects at BlackRock.
Colleen holds a BA in Finance and an MBA from Thomas Jefferson University with subsequent designations of Project Management Professional (PMP), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) and PMO Certified Professional (PMO-CP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI.)

William Martin is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Investor Operations Team. Based in Short Hills, he is the Head of Investor Operations.
Before joining Blue Owl, William was a Vice President at Dynasty Financial Partners, a leading provider of Wealth Management and Technology platforms for independent advisory firms based in New York. William began his career as an Operations Manager at W.P. Carey in the Non-Traded REIT group.
William received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Marist College where he also earned an athletic scholarship as a Pitcher on the men’s Baseball Team.

Annie Martinez is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. Based in Chicago, she is focused on Blue Owl’s private equity Real Assets close end funds.
Before joining Blue Owl, Annie was an Audit Manager at Plante Moran, a public accounting firm with offices in Chicago.
Annie received a BS in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Arthur Martini is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on originating, structuring, and overseeing execution and portfolio management.
Prior to Blue Owl, Arthur was a Managing Director and US Head of Financial Sponsors in the Opportunistic Credit group at Apollo Global Management. Prior to joining Apollo in 2013, Arthur was a Director with Barclays Private Credit Partners (BPCP). Before joining BPCP in 2008, Arthur was an Associate Director with Barclays Capital in the US Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to joining Barclays Capital in 2007, Arthur was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management LP (Ableco Finance LLC). Before joining Cerberus in 2002, Arthur spent three years in the Investment Banking Division at JP Morgan Chase & Co. covering the TMT sector. Prior to that, Arthur spent two years as an Analyst in the Special Loan Group at Chase Manhattan Bank.
Arthur received his BS in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business.

Dragan Masnikosa is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Information Technology Team. In his role, he partners with various front and back-office teams across Blue Owl to bring technology-based solutions to organization that improve productivity, remove inefficiencies, reduce risk, and increase alpha.
Before joining Blue Owl, Dragan was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where he led transformation and automation of various processes within REI, Private Equity and Private Credit businesses.
Dragan is an experienced system architect with extensive experience in Java, .NET, Sybase, MS SQL, Documentum, and relational databases. In 2014 Dragan led the team that has been awarded US Patent # US 8601360 B2.
Ayla Matthews is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on new markets and energy investment strategies for growth. She is an Operating Partner at Blue Owl's portfolio company Beale Infrastructure.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ayla was a Director of AI at IPI Partners, the predecessor to Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, she led Strategy & Planning for Google's Americas data center portfolio based in San Francisco. Ayla began her career as a developer of real estate and renewable energy projects for Lightsource BP, Tishman Speyer, HgCapital & Das Equity.
Ayla received her BA in Economics & Environmental Sciences, magna cum laude, from Barnard College at Columbia University. She received her MBA from London Business School.

Jennie Mazzucco is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In her current role, she focuses on the firm's capital markets efforts. Previously, she focused on evaluating and structuring direct lending transactions to middle market companies.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jennie was a Vice President on the Investment Team at CCMP Capital Advisors, a private equity firm based in New York. Jennie began her career as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Jennie received her BA in Economics and History from Brown University, from which she graduated magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
