John McAneny is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on direct lending solutions for middle market and growth technology companies.
Before joining Blue Owl, John was an investment banker in the Credit Suisse Financial Sponsors Group. John began his career as an Officer in the United States Navy.
John received an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Psychology from Duke University.

Scott McKay is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on leading Liquid Credit.
Before joining Blue Owl, Scott was a Managing Director at Littlejohn & Co., a middle-market private equity fund based in Greenwich. Scott began his career as an Investment Banking Associate at Bear Stearns & Co. in the Leverage Finance Group. Prior to beginning his finance career, Scott served in the United States Air Force as an acquisition officer and was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain.
Scott received his BS in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and MBA from the University of Southern California.

Luna Mckeon is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting the firm's healthcare direct lending efforts.
Before joining Blue Owl, she held corporate strategy roles at Aden & Anais as well as Founders Table. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate focused on healthcare at Fifth Street Management, a middle market direct lender. She started her career as a Credit Analyst in the Corporate and Investment Banking division of Wells Fargo.
Luna received a BS in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Jennifer McMillon is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, Jennifer serves as the Co-Chief Accounting officer of OBDC II, OCIC and OTIC and as the Co-Treasurer and Co-Controller of each of the Blue Owl BDCs. Jennifer is also a Managing Director of Blue Owl Capital Inc.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Technical Accounting of Tiptree Inc. (TIPT), a national capital holding company. She led the accounting department and was responsible for financial reporting, valuation/purchase accounting, and numerous internal control functions. Jennifer served as the Regional Accounting & Reporting Director, Americas of Koch Industries/Georgia Pacific, as the Accounting Manager at Oaktree Capital and Centerbridge Partners, and prior to that she worked in public accounting for nearly 10 years, spending most of this tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jennifer is currently serving as a founding Board Member of Black Woman in Asset Management - US. Jennifer earned her BS in Accounting from Florida State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Melissa McQueen is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Operating Officer, Credit. In her role, she focuses on managing the overall operations of the businesses within Credit and oversees the strategic initiatives across the platform.
Prior to Blue Owl, Melissa worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. from 2008 until 2019. She was a Vice President in Financing Group Management from 2014 to 2019, with prior roles in the Bank Debt Portfolio and Credit Risk Management groups.
Melissa received her BS in Finance and Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where she graduated with honors.

David McSweeney is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Communications & Public Affairs. In his role, he is responsible for managing external communications.
Before joining Blue Owl, David was a Managing Director at Owl Rock Capital, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Credit platform. Prior to that, he served as an Illinois State Representative for eight years, concluding his tenure in January 2021. David was also a financial consultant and infrastructure fund investment specialist. He began his career at Chase Manhattan Corporation where he spent over 12 years, prior to joining Banc of America Securities which eventually became Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Currently, David serves on the board of American Investment Council. He received his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and holds a BA in Economics, cum laude, also from Duke University.

Hema Mehta is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Information Technology Team. In her role, she partners with various front and back-office teams across Blue Owl to bring technology-based solutions to organization that improve productivity, remove inefficiencies, reduce risk, and increase alpha.
Before joining Blue Owl, Hema was a Principal at BNY Mellon in Asset Services Technology division where she led transformation and automation of various processes and provided automated reporting solutions for Private Equity and Private Market business groups. Prior to that Hema was leading a technology team at Citco Fund Services for Private Equity and Hedge Fund group of businesses. Hema began her career in financial industry at Credit Suisse in the Alternative Investments technology group under Asset Management where she worked on DLJ Merchant Banking Partners funds in addition to institutional funds, managed funds, Fund of Funds and Employee plans.

Meenal Mehta is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In her role as Co-Head of Underwriting, she oversees the day-to-day underwriting of diversified investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Meenal was a Managing Director at Antares Capital, a direct lender to middle market firms based in New York. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at GE Capital. Meenal began her career as a Manager at L&T Finance Limited, Mumbai India in the Treasury Group.
Meenal received a BS in Commerce and Economics from Sydenham College, Mumbai University, a MS in Management Studies with a specialization in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Stella Mei is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role, she is focused on covering institutional investors in the Greater China and Southeast Asia region.
Before joining Blue Owl, Stella was a Vice President at General Atlantic and was responsible for fundraising activities across Asia ex-Korea. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Blackstone in its Investor Relations and Business Development team focusing on Greater China and Southeast Asia investors. Stella began her career as an Investment Analyst at Hamilton Lane in the Fund Investment team.
Stella received a BS in Commerce and Mathematics from the University of Virginia. She obtained her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Matt Merrill is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on maintaining and establishing strategic relationships with financial advisors and wealth management teams throughout the Southeast with primary concentration on Wirehouse platforms.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Matt held Regional Vice President roles at Guggenheim Investments, CION Securities, and Wells Capital. Matt also founded Merrill Interests, a real estate operating and management company.
Matt earned a BBA from the University of Georgia, and an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. Matt maintains Series 7 and 63 registrations.
