Maria Paynter is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In her role, she focuses on co-investments between the Blue OWL BDCs and private funds, and the Board approval and allocation processes across the Direct Lending platform.
Before joining Blue Owl, Maria was a Director at Citigroup in their DCM business, specializing in the execution of investment grade bond offerings.
Maria received her BS in Political Science and History, magna cum laude, from New York University.
Thomas Pellowe is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on building the distribution syndicate and maximizing private wealth relationships for Blue Owl.
Before joining Blue Owl, he was Managing Director, Head of Strategic Accounts at Black Creek Group. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Director of National Accounts at INVESCO. Tom began his career an Investment Analyst at State Street.
Tom received his BS In Economics and Finance from Bentley University.

Rich Peperone is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he leads GP Strategic Capital Fundraising and Client Service in the US. Prior to his current role, Rich was a senior member of the Business Services Platform within the GP Strategic Capital platform.
Before joining Blue Owl, Rich was Head of Business Development for North America at LIM Advisors, LLC, an Asian based alternative investment firm. Prior to that, he was the first Director of Marketing and Investor Relations at Chicago Fundamental Investment Partners, LLC and was Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations at Andor Capital Management. Rich began his career at Lazard, where he worked with both institutional and family office clients in the asset management division.
Rich received his BS in Finance from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management.

Isabel Pereira is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In her role, she focuses on the compliance review of marketing and communications materials across the firm.
Prior to joining Owl Rock, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Credit platform, in 2020, Isabel was a Director and Head of the Registered Principal team for UBS Global Wealth Management, and previously Assistant Vice President and Registered Principal for Morgan Stanley’s Communication Review Group, a predecessor firm of Smith Barney. Prior to Smith Barney-Morgan Stanley succession, she worked as the Operations Manager for the Citigold Unit of Citigroup. Isabel began her career as a Branch Manager for Continental Federal Credit Union.
Isabel received her AAS in Business Management from Union County College.

JD Perone is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he is focused on operational risk management across the Blue Owl direct lending platform, with a particular concentration on deal closing and loan administration.
Before joining Blue Owl, JD was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, a global investment bank based in New York, where he supported the Leveraged Finance and Structured Credit businesses across multiple risk management functions including Product Control and Middle Office.
JD received a BS in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University.

Sana Petersen is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Commercial Real Estate Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on commercial real estate asset management which includes annual, quarterly, and monthly financial reporting of all commercial real estate investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Sana was a Managing Director at Kuvare Asset Management, the predecessor to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions. Prior to that, she was a Director at Citigroup in Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets & Warehouse Lending. Sana has also held roles at CWCapital, GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Deloitte.
Sana received her MBA in Finance from Cornell University and holds a BBA, magna cum laude, in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Matt Petrucci is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. Based in New York, he is a Fund Controller in the Direct Lending Private Credit Business.
Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2018, Matt was a Senior Fund Accountant at Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, where he worked in the Private Commingled Fund Accounting Group and was responsible for the accounting and reporting for various Alternative Investment Funds and CLOs. Prior to that, Matt worked within the Financial Services practice of PwC where he specialized in audits of alternative investment funds.
Matt received a MS in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Ryan Phelan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on the operational performance of the real estate assets along with overseeing day-to-day tenant communications.
Before joining Blue Owl, Ryan was the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Asset Management at Logistics Property Company, focusing on developing and executing the strategic business plans of the real estate portfolio. Prior to that, Ryan held finance and fund management roles with IndCor (a Blackstone portfolio company) and GLP US Management.
Ryan earned his MBA, with distinction, from DePaul University and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Drew Phillips is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he’s focused on helping inculcate Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit business into the broader Blue Owl platform and augmenting Blue Owl’s brand as an innovative and trusted leader in asset-based finance.
Before joining Blue Owl, Drew was a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Atalaya Capital Management LP, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team, where he oversaw all non-investment functions at the firm. Prior to joining Atalaya, Drew co-founded Tiger Bay Advisors, a boutique asset management consultancy. Previously, he ran the Fund and Client Legal Group at Bridgewater Associates and was the assistant General Counsel at The Rohatyn Group. He began his legal career at the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
He is currently on the Board of Directors of GOSO (Get Out and Stay Out), a New York based organization that partners with people impacted by arrest and incarceration to plan for successful reentry into society, Breakthrough New York, a tuition free, ten-year educational program focused on enabling motivated students from low-income backgrounds to graduate from college and pursue fulfilling careers, and the Children’s Cancer and Blood Foundation, where he has served as Board President.
Drew holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

Janine Phillips is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role she focuses business development and client service in Europe for the Institutional client base.
Before joining Blue Owl, Janine was a Director at Pollen Street Capital, a private equity and credit manager focused on financial and business services based in London. Prior to that, she was a Senior Marketer at Anavio Capital Partners, a Cross-Asset Event Driven Fund. Janine began her career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Emerging Market Fixed Income and thereafter as an Associate on the European Equity sales team.
Janine received her BSc in Accounting & Finance, from London School of Economics. She has also completed Level I of the CFA programme.
