Patrick Willis is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, Patrick serves as the Head of US Private Wealth Strategic Partnerships, leading the group responsible for managing the firm’s strategic distribution partnerships and platforms across Blue Owl’s US private wealth business.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Patrick served in various fund management and distribution roles at CNL Financial Group across multiple product verticals. Prior to joining CNL, Patrick was Director of Finance for Core Realty, Inc.
Patrick received a B.A. in English and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with Distinction in Philosophy, and a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Patrick currently sits on the board of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (“IPA”), where he serves on the finance and compensation committee. Patrick maintains Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 registrations.
John Wilson is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Americas, Institutional Business Development. Before joining Blue Owl John was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to that, he spent most of his career at PIMCO in roles including Head of US Institutional Business, Head of Australia and Head of Global Consultant Relations. John began his career as a lawyer at Shearman & Sterling in New York.
John holds a BA and LLB from the University of Melbourne, MA from the University of New England and an LLM from Duke University. John is a director of Queensland Treasury Corp, director of Ord Minnett and an Advisor to Brighter Super. He has previously been a director of QIC, LGIA Super, Eithad Stadium Melbourne, Rugby Australia, a Trustee of the University of New England Foundation and Chairman of the Investment Committee at the NSW ALC.
Kyle Wilson is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Real Estate Credit Underwriting. As a member of the Real Estate Investment Team and Investment Committee, he focuses on evaluating tenant credit quality for new acquisitions and tenant portfolio management across all Blue Owl Real Estate funds. Kyle also provides support to investor relations and capital markets efforts.
Before joining Blue Owl, Kyle was a Senior Vice President at Antares Capital. Prior to that, he was in credit underwriting at GE Capital. Kyle began his career with General Electric completing the Financial Management Program and a two-year rotation in Corporate Audit.
Kyle received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a BA in History from Vanderbilt University.
Sean Winchell is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Information Technology Team. Based in Chicago, Sean is focused on designing, building, deploying, and maintaining the firm’s information technology infrastructure.
Before joining Blue Owl, Sean was an Associate and Senior Systems Engineer at IA Interior Architects, a global design and architectural firm. Prior to that, he was a Systems Administrator at Brandmuscle, a technology based marketing firm.
Shari Withem is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, Shari serves as the Co-Chief Accounting Officer of OBDC II, OBDC III, OCIC and OTIC, and as the Co-Treasurer and Co-Controller of each of the Blue Owl BDCs.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Shari was Vice President of Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc. (formerly TPG Specialty Lending, Inc.), a business development company traded on the NYSE (TSLX), where she was responsible for accounting, financial reporting, treasury and internal controls functions. Preceding that role, Ms. Withem worked for MCG Capital Corporation, a business development company formerly traded on the Nasdaq (MCGC) and Deloitte in the Audit and Assurance Practice.
Shari received a BS in Accounting from James Madison University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
Candy Wong is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Information Technology Team. In her role, she focuses on requirements gathering, business analysis, and solutions implementation to support the technology needs of the Operations and Finance teams.
Before joining Blue Owl, Candy was the Director of Product Management at Saphyre, a fintech company that harnesses automated intelligence and creates memory around account data and documents to optimize account onboarding and related trade processes for financial institutions. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President at iCapital. Candy’s professional journey began at BlackRock, where she started as a business analyst for the BlackRock Solutions business and swiftly advanced to prominent roles in product management, business integration, and systems implementation.
Candy graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University with a BS in Management Information Systems and Finance.
Kirsten Wright is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. Kirsten serves as a Controller for the Business Development Companies (BDCs).
Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2017, Kirsten was a Senior Audit Associate at Crowe Horwath, where she focused primarily on financial service industries.
Kirsten received a BS in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.
Matthew Xirinachs is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Investment Grade Private Credit Investment Team. Before joining Blue Owl, Matthew was a Director at Kuvare Asset Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl Insurance Solutions, focused on direct private credit investing and origination for insurance companies. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Blackstone where he worked in Blackstone Credit (formerly, GSO Capital Partners), was a member of the firm’s Corporate Development team, and helped launch the firm’s Insurance Solutions business.
Matthew received a BA in Finance and International Business with a concentration in international studies from Fairfield University.
Takeshi Yamamoto is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he focuses on institutional fundraising covering Japanese institutional investors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Takeshi was a Principal and Head of Japan Sales at Ascentium Group, which was acquired by Blue Owl in 2021 to establish its physical presence in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of Financial Institutions Sales of Asset Management Division at Credit Suisse Securities Japan, where he was responsible for Private Funds and Direct deals distribution to institutional investors based in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Takeshi was a Vice President and started up the Japan institutional business in the Treasury department of OCBC Bank, Singapore, where he distributed a wide range of financial products including Asian credit structured products and Asian mezzanine loan funds to Japanese financial institutions. Before joining OCBC, Takeshi was an Executive Director of Credit Agricole CIB Tokyo to cover Japanese large size financial institutions. Prior to Joining Credit Agricole, he was a Director and a Head of Structured Credit Products Sales at Credit Suisse Securities Japan. Prior to that, Takeshi was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns Japan Ltd., Tokyo Branch covering Japanese financial institutions in Bond and Structured Products Sales. Takeshi began his career in Fixed Income sales to cover Japanese financial institutions at Lehman Brothers Japan Inc.
Takeshi received his BA in Business from Kansai University in Japan.
Mani Yosha is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Mani leads the Human Capital Advisory practice which provides GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers with advice and assistance across all aspects of people strategy, including a focus on talent management and acquisition. She also provides services related to employee relations and retention, including performance assessment best practices, situation management and compensation benchmarking.
Before joining Blue Owl, Mani was a Vice President and US Head of Talent Management at Citi's Prime Finance Business Advisory Group. Mani began her career as an Associate at Citi in the Prime Brokerage Division.
Mani received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Wagner College, where she graduated with honors.
