Jennifer Singer is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting the firm’s branding strategy and marketing initiatives.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jennifer was a Business Development Manager at New Mountain Capital and began her career at Sabretooth Capital Management.
Jennifer received her BA in Political Science from Boston University.

Jennifer Singh is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Tax Team. In her role, she focuses on cross platform investor reporting and tax compliance.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jennifer was a Director at Blackstone, focused on tax compliance of the management company. Prior to that, she was a Tax Manager at PwC in the Real Estate Asset Management practice. Jennifer began her career at KPMG in the Real Estate Tax practice.
Jennifer received a BBA in Accounting from CUNY Baruch College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Pankaj Singh is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Information Technology Team. Before joining Blue Owl, Pankaj was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley. In his most recent role, he was heading technology teams for Specialty Solutions Group under Alternatives Investments. He was responsible for modernization of the platform.
Pankaj received his BTech in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University India.

Nikita Singhal is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Responsible Investing & ESG Team. In her role, she focuses on sustainable investing and ESG initiatives that support the firm’s Credit Platform.
Before joining Blue Owl, Nikita was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Sustainable Investment & ESG at Lazard Asset Management. Prior to that, she has held sustainable investing roles at organizations such as Clearbridge Investments, the Heron Foundation and IFC (World Bank Group). Nikita began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Nikita received her BA in Accounting & Finance from Franklin & Marshall College and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Eddie Sohn is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on finance, accounting and operations for the Blue Owl Strategic Equity funds.
Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2023, Eddie was a Director at Guggenheim Partners within their private credit business based in Los Angeles. Before that, Eddie was a Senior Associate at PwC in the assurance asset management group.
Eddie received his MS and BS in Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business.

Anna Song is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on investments in broadly syndicated non-investment grade leveraged loans within the Financials and Business Services sectors.
Before joining Blue Owl, Anna was a Credit Analyst at Sound Point Capital, a credit asset management firm based in New York. Anna began her career at Och-Ziff Capital Management, in the Institutional Credit Strategies platform in both New York and London.
Anna received her BA, magna cum laude, in International Relations, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ben Spector is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he serves as chief operating officer of the Financial Assets Team, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing strategic initiatives.
Prior to Blue Owl, Ben was a Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team, from 2015 to 2024. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at Tiger Bay Advisors, a boutique asset management consulting firm. Ben began his career as a Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates.
Ben received his BA in Public Policy Analysis and Biology from Pomona College.

Matthew Spiro is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing opportunistic credit investments across the Alternative Credit platform, including corporate debt/structured equity opportunities, litigation driven investments, and portfolio purchases. Additionally, Matt is responsible for various strategic initiatives across the Alternative Credit platform. He sits on the Investment Committee for several funds on the Alternative Credit platform, including the Special Opportunities Fund.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Matt was a Managing Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team, where held a similar role. Prior to this, he was an analyst with the Candlewood Investment Group LP and an executive director with JPMorgan Alternative Asset Management.
Matt received a BS with University Honors in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Lukas Spiss is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he serves as the Co-Head of Origination and is responsible for deal origination and structuring as well as providing ongoing oversight of the portfolio.
Prior to joining Blue Owl in 2016, Lukas spent almost ten years at Partners Group, where he focused on sourcing and underwriting credit investments in North America. From 2015 to 2016 he also served as member of Partners Group’s Private Debt Investment Committee. Prior to that, in 2006, he was an Analyst at Lehman Brothers’ Investment Banking Division in Switzerland.
Lukas received a Doctorate in Banking and Corporate Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an MA (Hons) in International Business from the University of Edinburgh.

Alexa Stanley is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she is focused on public investor engagement for Blue Owl's Business Development Companies (BDCs).
Before joining Blue Owl, Alexa was a Vice President in the Equity Capital Markets Group at RBC Capital Markets, covering the Energy and Power & Utilities sectors.
Alexa received a BA in Economics with a double major in Hispanic Studies from Davidson College, where she graduated with honors.
