Eli Stein is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Information Technology Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the Credit business and their Technology needs.
Before joining Blue Owl, Eli was a Vice President at Barclays. In that role, he headed technology teams for Securitized Products and for the Credit business. Prior to Barclays, he provided leadership to the technology team aligned with the Correlation Trading desk at UBS.
Eli received his BA in Computer Science from New York University.

Barbara Stevens is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Legal Team. In her role, she focuses on enterprise vendor contracting, data privacy and security, technology, corporate real estate and intellectual property across Blue Owl’s global affiliates.
Before joining Blue Owl, Barbara was a Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Prudential Financial. Prior to that, she was an Associate General Counsel at MetLife and an Assistant General Counsel at UBS.
Barbara received her JD from NYU School of Law. She also holds an MS in Adult Healthcare Management and a BSN from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
Johan Stromberg is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he focuses on building the firm’s footprint and asset base in the Nordic region for the Institutional Business Development team.
Before joining Blue Owl, Johan was Head of Business Development, Nordics at Arcmont Asset Management, a leading European Direct Lending firm. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Bank of New York Investment Management and CEO of the Swedish Branch. Johan began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at HSBC.
Johan received his MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Lund in Sweden.

Bharath Subramanian is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing asset and equity investments in financial services businesses.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Bharath was at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, Bharath was a senior investment professional at Bayview Asset Management focused on private equity and special situations investing, and was an initial senior hire to support the firm's expanded mandate. Previously, he was a Partner at Capital Z Partners where he completed multiple financial services private equity transactions across the US, UK, and Bermuda and served on the Board of several portfolio companies. He began his career as an Investment Banker in the FIG team at HSBC Securities.
He holds a BA in Economics, summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University

Lauren Sullivan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing STACK Americas' data center portfolio, including capital deployment, construction, asset management, and monetizations. Lauren is also a Board Member of STACK Infrastructure.
Before joining Blue Owl, Lauren was a Managing Director at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at Chicago Pacific Founders, a healthcare-focused private equity fund based in Chicago. Before joining Chicago Pacific Founders, Lauren was an Associate at Sterling Partners, a multi-strategy private equity fund where she spent some of her time focused on investments in the data center sector. Lauren began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Lauren received her BBA in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.

Sean Sullivan is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In his role, Sean is a member of the Investment Committee and focuses on sourcing and structuring net lease investments. Sean also contributes to due diligence and capital markets efforts.
Before joining Blue Owl Sean was a Vice President at Piper Sandler. Prior to that he was an Associate at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, an investment bank focused on providing M&A and capital markets advisory to companies that operate in the financial services sector.
Sean received a BS in Business Administration from Babson College as well as a master's degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University.

Matt Swatt is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, Matt serves as the Co-Chief Accounting Officer of OBDC II, OCIC and OTIC, and as Co-Treasurer and Co-Controller of each of the Blue Owl Business Development Committees (BDCs). Mr. Swatt is also a Managing Director of Blue Owl Capital Inc.
Prior to joining Owl Rock Capital Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Credit platform, in May 2016, Matt was an Assistant Controller at Guggenheim Partners in their Private Credit group, where he was responsible for the finance, accounting, and financial reporting functions. Preceding that role, Matt worked within the Financial Services – Alternative Investments practice of PwC where he specialized in financial reporting, fair valuation of illiquid investments and structured products, internal controls and other technical accounting matters pertaining to alternative investment advisors, hedge funds, business development companies and private equity funds.
Matt received a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Matthew Talbot is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on strategic initiatives across the GP Strategic Capital platform and the ongoing monitoring and valuation of its partner manager investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Matt was a Senior Associate in EY’s Financial Services Office, focusing on private equity and hedge fund sponsors.
Matt received his MBA from Fordham University and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.

Dennis Talley is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on investments in broadly syndicated non-investment grade leveraged loans.
Before joining Blue Owl, Dennis was Co-head of the performing leveraged loan business at Littlejohn & Co., a middle-market private equity fund based in Greenwich. Prior to that, he was a founding member and Portfolio Manager at Redan Park Asset Management and Doral Leveraged Asset Management. Dennis began his career, in the leveraged finance group at Bear, Stearns & Co. and in the leveraged finance, syndicated finance and corporate credit groups at Bank of America Securities.
Dennis received his BS in Finance and Economics, with honors, from the University of Maryland.

Franky Tam is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm's Private Wealth business development in Asia.
Before joining Blue Owl, Franky was General Manager of China at Aegon Asset Management. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Neuberger Berman's Institutional and Retail business development for China and Hong Kong.
Franky received his BSc from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Business School. Franky is a CFA charter holder.
