Jay Usner is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on execution of the firm's Real Assets strategies.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jay was a Principal at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, he held Vice President roles at both Fortress Investment Group and PGIM Real Estate. In those roles he focused on the acquisition and asset management of real estate throughout North America, with strategies ranging from opportunistic to core and across all capital positions. Jay began his career at a family office dedicated to multifamily investments.
Jay received his BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison's Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.

John Valtwies is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he oversees the business development and growth of the Blue Owl funds as well as client servicing and operations for wealth management in Australia.
Before joining Blue Owl, John was a senior leader at PIMCO. He managed the firm’s private client relationships, focusing on private banks and ultra-high-net-worth advisory groups. John also led the family office business, successfully developing strong relationships with these unique and sophisticated investors. He also developed growth strategies to expand the firm's semi-liquid alternative solutions for private clients and advisers. Prior to that, he was a senior research analyst at Morningstar.
With 23 years of investment experience, he holds a certificate in financial markets from FINSIA and received a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from Western Sydney University.

Pravin Vazirani is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he serves as the Co-Head of Portfolio Management for the Technology Investing strategy and is a member of the Technology Investing Investment Committee.
Prior to Blue Owl, Pravin was a Managing Director with Menlo Ventures. While at Menlo Ventures, Pravin focused on investments in the SaaS, cloud and ecommerce sectors. Pravin’s prior investments include Poshmark (IPO: POSH); Carbonite (IPO: CARB); Pillpack (acquired by Amazon), Centrality Communications (acquired by SiR F Holdings); EdgeCast Networks (acquired by Verizon); Credant Technologies (acquired by Dell); Like.com (acquired by Google); newScale (acquired by Cisco Systems); and UserZoom (exited position). Pravin's current investments include Toast, Remitly, SalesLoft, CircleCI, Exabeam, Nuvemshop, Arctic Wolf and 6sense. Pravin started his career as an engineer working at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Later, Pravin worked for Pacific Communication Sciences and ADC Telecommunications as a product manager.
Pravin holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

Colin Vick is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, Colin focuses on North American institutions and consultants.
Before joining Blue Owl, Colin was a Director at GoldenTree Asset Management, a credit firm based in New York, where he worked with US and Canadian institutions and family offices. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Blackstone in the Hedge Funds Solutions Group (BAAM).
Colin received his BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Jack Viellieu is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on new investment activity, portfolio management, and monetization opportunities across Digital Infrastructure.
Before joining Blue Owl, Jack was a Director at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, a generalist private equity fund based in Chicago, where he focused on investment opportunities in telecommunications and other industry verticals. Jack began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Retail & Consumer group at Credit Suisse.
Jack received his BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Middlebury College and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ben Volok is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he is focused on the capital raise initiatives and distribution of Blue Owl’s suite of funds, with primary concentration on Wirehouse platforms.
Before joining Blue Owl in 2016, Ben was a Vice President at Guggenheim & CION Securities. Prior to that, he began his career in Private Wealth working with Mutual Funds, 401-K’s & Annuities with The Hartford.
Ben received his BSBA with a focus in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jeff Walwyn is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Investment Officer, Insurance. In his role, he is responsible for developing and implementing investment strategy, policies and risk management as well as participating in strategic planning and corporate development for Insurance Solutions.
Prior to his role as CIO of Insurance Solutions, Jeff was Co-Head of Underwriting overseeing the underwriting of diversified investments in the firm’s Direct Lending business. Before joining Blue Owl in 2017, Jeff was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners where he focused on evaluating credit investments. Prior to that, Jeff was a Principal at Apollo Global Management in the Credit group in New York. Prior to those roles, he held positions in credit underwriting at Gulf Stream Asset Management and in Investment Banking at JP Morgan.
Jeff received a BA in Applied Economics and Management, summa cum laude, from Cornell University and an MBA with honors from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Mark Wan is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on special situations and opportunistic credit investing.
Before joining Blue Owl, Mark was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group focused on special situations, event driven and distressed investing for the hedge fund and private equity funds. Mark started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York.
Mark received a BS in Management with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Boston College, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Amy Wang is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Tax Team. In her role, she is primarily focused on tax accounting, financial statement reporting, and tax compliance.
Before joining Blue Owl, Amy was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Banking and Capital Markets group where she specialized in tax accounting and reporting and partnership compliance.
Amy received a BS and MS in Accounting from New York University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Matt Weisberg is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for acquisitions in North America.
Before joining Blue Owl, Matt was a Managing Director at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, he was a Senior Director at Tribune Real Estate Holdings and a key member of the senior management team that developed and implemented the strategy to reposition and harvest a $1 billion plus real estate portfolio. Before Tribune Real Estate Holdings, Matt was at Navigant Consulting, Inc. where he advised institutional investors, owners and lenders on matters related to transactions, asset management and restructuring. He started his career at LECG doing financial modeling and market research to support economists applying microeconomics and statistics related to dispute resolution matters.
Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
