Heba Elayan is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Real Estate Investment Team. In her role, she is focused on asset management and acquisitions.
Before joining Blue Owl, Heba was a Senior Vice President at a global real estate investment management company. Prior to that, Heba was as an associate at an international law firm headquartered in Chicago.
Heba received a JD, summa cum laude, and Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois and a BA from Northwestern University. She is also a graduate of the Arabic Language Institute at the American University in Cairo.

Suzanne Escousse is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Marketing Officer. Suzanne is a member of the firm's Operating Committee. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing and managing Blue Owl's brand strategy and marketing functions globally. Suzanne leads the firm on all aspects of marketing disciplines, including brand positioning, digital strategy, content creation, product distribution support, and event management.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Suzanne was a partner and Chief Marketing Officer at AQR Capital Management where she led the firm’s marketing and corporate communications functions globally. Preceding that, Suzanne spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held several senior marketing roles throughout her tenure, including as Global Co-Head of the Investment Management Division’s communications group and the Global Head of Marketing for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Earlier in her career, she was a product and marketing manager at MetLife.
Suzanne earned a BS in Management with a concentration in Marketing, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University, and was named a Stern Scholar at New York University where she earned an MBA with distinction in Marketing and International Business.

Michael Esposito is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Chief Operating Officer, Global Private Wealth. In his role, he oversees various strategic initiatives and business management functions across the group.
Before joining Blue Owl, Michael was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he was most recently the COO for the Wealth Management Alternative Investments, Traditional Fund Products, and Insured Solutions businesses. Prior to that, he headed Morgan Stanely Wealth Management’s national internal sales teams for both alternative investments and mutual funds and served as a product specialist for alternative investments. Michael began his career as an associate fund controller for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s venture capital team.
He received a BS in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude, from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and an MBA with Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School. He is also both a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
Nick Fahey is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Valuations Team. In his role as Head of Credit Valuations, he is responsible for the valuation of investments across the firm’s Credit platform, including its BDCs and private funds. Before joining Blue Owl, Nick was a Senior Vice President and Head of Valuations at Antares Capital. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of Private Equity Valuations at Apollo Global Management. Nick began his career as an Equity Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch.
Nick received his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and his BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.

Laura Ferchak is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Compliance Team. In her role she is responsible for Distribution Compliance and oversees marketing- and sales-related activity.
Before joining Blue Owl, Laura was Managing Director and Global Chief Compliance Officer at Indus Capital Partners, LLC from 2018 to 2024. Prior to that, she was Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Palisade Capital Management. Laura also served as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer for 11 years at SpringOwl Asset Management. Laura began her career in Equity Research at Bear, Stearns & Co.
Laura received her BS in Management Science, from Kean University.

Gianna Figurelli is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on compensation related accounting.
Before joining Blue Owl, Gianna was a Supervisor at WithumSmith+Brown.
Gianna received her BS in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Stockton University.

Brian Finkelstein is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on managing stressed portfolio investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Brian was a Managing Director in the Restructuring Group and Co-Head of Principal Investing at Solic Capital. Prior to that, he was the Head of Portfolio Management at Fifth Street Asset Management. Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors of Eagle Infrastructure Services, PLI Card Marketing Solutions, QC Supply, and Walker Edison Furniture Company.
Brian received his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and holds a BS, magna cum laude, in Business Administration from SUNY Albany.

Adam Forchheimer is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. Adam is the Head of Portfolio Management, focusing on credit risk management and oversight of the entire portfolio of direct lending investments.
Before joining Blue Owl, Adam was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in each of the Leveraged Finance departments where he ran the Bridge Finance Group and in the Asset Management division where he was the U.S. Portfolio Manager for a distressed credit winddown fund. Adam began his career as a securities and banking attorney at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
Adam received a JD from Harvard Law School and holds a BS with Honors in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Allie Fuss is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In her role, she focuses on trading broadly syndicated leveraged loans on behalf of both the Liquid and Private Credit strategies.
Before joining Blue Owl, Allie was a Director at CBAM Partners, a CLO manager founded in 2016 that was acquired by The Carlyle Group in 2022. She started her career on the Leveraged Loan trading desk at Morgan Stanley.
Allie received her BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University, where she graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Michael Gabriel is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on evaluating investment opportunities, and underwriting equity and financing transactions for the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team.
He joined in 2015 from Deutsche Bank’s Mergers & Acquisitions group, where he advised corporate clients and financial sponsors on the evaluation and execution of transactions.
Michael earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross. Michael also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
